Training and Implementation

Access Select supplies implementation and support services for its solutions including project management, technical consultancy, data migration, configuration and interfaces. Full training is also provided and our consultative approach allows it to be structured around helping you to achieve your specific goals.

Project Management

Access Select provides project management services based on a methodology which is designed to ensure a clear understanding of the scope, timescales, responsibilities and objectives of any project, however large or small. A dedicated project manager works closely with you to ensure your needs are continually met at every stage of the project.

Helpdesk Support

A helpdesk service is provided from our Head Office in Canterbury where general assistance and technical support is provided by experienced people who understand the needs of our clients. Support is provided by telephone, email or through remote access.

Upgrades

Acces Select invests heavily in the ongoing development of its products and wants to ensure that customers benefit from this by receiving the best available tools and features. As part of our annual maintenance program, clients are able to receive our latest developments and maximise the benefits our on ongoing product investment.

Customer Service

At Access Select we look to develop long-term relationships with our clients and ensure that we continue to understand their organisation’s needs as they change. All clients have an Account Manager who is responsible for helping them make the most of their solution and advising them of new developments. In addition all clients receive a regular newsletter containing useful information and updates on events, client case studies and new releases.

User Forums

Many clients find it beneficial to meet with other organisations in the user community whether informally or as part of one of the Access Select Regional User Forums. These forums are held regularly and provide an excellent opportunity to share best practice and network with peers.
